Who I am
I'm a Staff Solutions Architect at Twilio Professional Services, where I help global enterprise clients design and implement technology solutions that combine strategy and execution. My work spans architecting communication solutions - from AI-powered integrations and voice channel deployments to complex, time-sensitive production launches - always balancing short-term delivery with long-term architectural soundness.
Before Twilio, I was a Front End Developer at Zendesk, building custom web applications and integrations for clients worldwide. Over the years, I've learned that technology is most meaningful when it solves real problems for real people, and that's the perspective I carry into every project.
Outside of work, I'm passionate about travel, languages, and technology. My travels have taken me across Latin America, North America, and Europe, and I find that engaging with different cultures keeps my perspective sharp and my curiosity alive.
